These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website. These terms and conditions abide by The Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are welcome to print or store these terms for your own records.

Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. When you place an order with The Gelbottle (AUS) Pty Ltd you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors (such as incorrect size or colour). Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights
Prices
Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honored. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.

Payment
We cannot accept any payments over $10,000.00 Via PayPal or Credit Card. These payments will have to be made by debit card or EFT transfer.
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with The Gelbottle (AUS) Pty Ltd. The Gelbottle (AUS) Pty Ltd must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
By purchasing these products from our site, you confirm that they’re for professional use.
Delivery charges
$13.50 plus GST is the standard delivery charge for local areas. Interstate and remote areas of Australia may vary according to the size and weight of the parcel. Special delivery charges will be quoted on request. This excludes any large or heavy items.
Processing time
You will be advised on an estimated dispatch date upon placing your order. Please allow 1 to 4 working days estimated dispatch time. Orders received after 12:00am will be processed the next working day.
We try to keep our inventory status as current as possible, but in some cases, we may be out of stock of your item. If that is the case, we will notify you by email.
Should your order not arrive, please contact The Gelbottle (AUS) Pty Ltd, and a full refund or a replacement will be offered once 15 business days has elapsed.
Returns & Cancellations
We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns. Items must not have been opened or used. The packaging of non-nail gel products must be undamaged. Unfortunately, freight charges cannot be refunded on any refunds or exchanges.
All damages and claims must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
If you wish to exchange any colour choices after your order has been dispatched, you must return the bottles completely undamaged, for exchange at your cost.
Your new colour selection will then be dispatched to you at a charge of $13.50 plus GST to cover postage, admin and packing. This can be paid via phone by credit or debit card.
Once your order has been collected from us by our courier, you will not be able to cancel your order unless faulty.
Any authorized refunds will be in the form of a Credit Note.

We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request.
Any items marked as being reduced will be exempt from the returns policy.
Returning Custom Items
Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations - the only exception being is if they’re faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of The Gelbottle (AUS) Pty Ltd. In this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.
Pre-orders
All pre-orders are ordered and set aside for each buyer. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations on pre-ordered items.
Colour Representation
Every effort is made to ensure that all our product imagery is as accurate as possible. Due to colour/resolution settings on electronic devices, the colour representation may differ slightly from the physical product.
