Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing. By accessing our website or placing an order with The Gelbottle (AUS) Pty Ltd (“TGB AUS”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions below. These Terms are compliant with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You may print or store a copy for your records.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the most current version.

1. Intellectual Property & Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, design, and trademarks, is the property of The Gelbottle Inc. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may download, copy, or print content strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.

You may not create links to this website without prior written approval, nor interfere with its functionality or usability for others.

We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of all information on our website, but we make no express or implied warranties regarding completeness or accuracy. This site may include links to third-party websites for convenience; we accept no responsibility for their content.

2. Prices

All prices are listed in AUD and are GST exclusive unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice.

If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the corrected price or cancel the order.

We are not obligated to honour pricing glitches, system errors, or typographical mistakes.

3. Payment Terms

Payments over $10,000 cannot be made via PayPal or credit card and must be processed via debit card or EFT due to merchant restrictions.

A contract is formed once full payment is received and your order is accepted.

By purchasing professional-use products, you confirm that you are a qualified professional using the products safely and appropriately.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: $13.50 + GST

  • Priority Delivery: $25.00 + GST

  • Express Delivery: $35.00 + GST

Shipping charges for interstate/remote regions or oversized/heavy items may vary. If additional charges apply, we will contact you before processing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframes: Delivery estimates are provided by our couriers and may vary. Delays caused by courier networks, weather events, or peak periods are outside our control.

Correct Address Entry: Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays. Orders already processed may not be able to be amended.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: These addresses can only be used when selecting Express Delivery.

Authority To Leave (ATL): All parcels are shipped with ATL by default. If the courier deems the location unsafe, a calling card will be left or a redelivery attempt may occur. TGB AUS is not liable for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered. We recommend that you use a secure address.

Operating Hours: Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday. We are not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or theft after successful delivery.

6. Processing Time

Estimated dispatch time: 1–4 business days.

Orders placed after 12:00pm AEST are processed the next business day.

During peak periods (e.g., promotions, Black Friday), dispatch timeframes may extend.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you by email.

If your parcel has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact us. Following courier investigation, a replacement or credit note will be issued where appropriate. (No refunds are provided under any circumstances.)

7. Returns, Damages & Cancellations

We aim to provide products of the highest standard. Please review the requirements below.

7.1 Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return for assessment, items must be:

  • unopened

  • unused

  • in original condition

We do not accept returns for change of mind.
We do not offer refunds.

7.2 Damages, Incorrect Items or Faulty Goods

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if:

  • items arrived damaged

  • items are missing

  • you received incorrect items

  • a product is faulty

Your notification must include clear photos of:

  • all items received

  • packaging

  • internal packing slip

Failure to notify us within 24 hours may limit or void eligibility for a remedy. Do not open or use any item received in error. Opening or using incorrect items may void eligibility for a remedy.

Where eligible under ACL, remedies will be provided as:

  • a replacement, or

  • a credit note

We do not offer refunds.

7.3 Gift With Purchase (GWP)

If returning an item purchased during a GWP promotion, the gift must also be returned.
If not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the credit note.

7.4 Colour Exchanges

If you wish to exchange colours after dispatch:

  • item(s) must be returned unopened at your cost

  • a $13.50 + GST re-shipping/admin fee applies

7.5 Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once collected by our courier unless goods are assessed as faulty under ACL.
Remedies will be provided only as a replacement or credit note.

7.6 Remedy Method

All eligible remedies are issued as:

  • credit notes, or

  • replacements
    No refunds are offered for any reason.

8. Returns Submission 

To request a return assessment, you must first email: [email protected]

Include:

  • Order number

  • Name

  • Address

  • Item(s) being returned

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos

You will then be provided with a returns slip to include with your return, items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Tracked postage is recommended. We are not responsible for lost inbound return parcels.

9. Custom Items

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty or misdescribed under ACL.
Remedies will be issued as credit notes or replacements only.

10. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are set aside for your order and cannot be cancelled.
Release dates are estimates and may change.
No refunds or cancellations are available for pre-orders.

11. Colour Representation

Due to variations in electronic device settings, colours may appear slightly different in person.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for colour discrepancy unless a product fault is confirmed.

  • Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled unless faulty.

  • Remedies for faults are provided as credit notes or replacements only.

  • No refunds are offered.

  • Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed before the sale.

  • Cart items are not reserved.

  • Once your order is placed, it is final and cannot be amended.
  • Bank transfer orders must be paid same day or will be cancelled.

  • Dispatch may take up to 5 business days due to volume.

  • Customer service response time may extend to 2–3 business days.
